All ebook and digital product sales are final. Due to the nature of downloadable products, we cannot offer returns, exchanges, or refunds once your order has been completed, except where required by law.
Exceptions
Refunds are only considered in these cases:
- Duplicate purchases (accidental double orders)
- Technical issues that prevent you from accessing your purchase (and support cannot resolve it)
- You are charged but did not receive the download link or file
Non-Returnable/Non-Refundable Items
- Ebooks and other digital downloads
- Gift cards
- Sale/discounted items
Refund Process

Late or Missing Refunds

Physical Products
If you purchase any physical products (such as signed books or merchandise), only unused items in their original condition and packaging may be returned within 30 days. You are responsible for return shipping. Refunds will be processed after we receive and inspect your return.
